<h3>Education:</h3>
<p><em>Post Graduate - Juris Doctor<br />
</em></p>
<p>Juris Doctor(JD) program at <a title="Bond University" target="_blank" href="http://www.bond.edu.au">Bond University</a> completed September 2007. The JD is a professional legal qualification designed to equip students for a career in the <a title="Bond University" target="_blank" href="http://www.bond.edu.au"><img align="right" title="Bond Shield" alt="Bond Shield" src="http://zack.kominar.com/images/bond.gif" /></a>legal profession, business industry or government, in Australia and overseas. Its combination of excellent teaching, small classes and extensive legal skills program provides an exciting learning experience that both challenges students academically and prepares them practically for a legal career. Our <a href="http://bond.edu.au/law/degrees/skills/index.htm">skills program</a> equips students with the following skills needed to practice law in a modern<br />
environment.</p>
<p><em>Undergraduate - Bachelor of Computing<br />
</em></p>
<p class="Achievement"><a target="_blank" title="University of Guelph" href="http://www.uoguelph.ca"><img align="right" alt="University of Guelph" title="University of Guelph" src="/images/uofg.gif" /></a>I received my Honours Computer Science degree from the <a target="_blank" title="University of Guelph" href="http://www.uoguelph.ca">University of Guelph</a>. It is a comprehensive program which combines the academic rigour and problem solving components found in a traditional Computing degree with an orientation towards application.</p>
<h3>Enjoyment:</h3>
<p class="Achievement"><em>Piano </em></p>
<p>My parents discovered my talents at an early age, somehow discerning music from my random key bashing on the organ. I was given lessons as a gift early on and pursued them intently. Over my musical career I&#8217;ve achieved many recognitions from the <a title="Royal Conservatory of Music" target="_blank" href="http://www.rcmusic.ca">Royal Conservatory of Music</a> and hope to pass the ARCT(Teacher&#8217;s) exam someday.</p>
<p><a title="Royal Conservatory of Music" target="_blank" href="http://www.rcmusic.ca"><img align="left" title="Me playing piano" alt="Me playing piano" src="http://static.flickr.com/45/105998383_4722e804b0_m.jpg" /></a>In the meantime, I&#8217;ve been slowly exploring Jazz theory on my lonesome. It&#8217;s been rewarding and very frustrating at times. A lot of credit should be given to a talented Jazz musician.</p>
<p>For fun and practice I primarily play the works of <a title="Wikipedia: Chopin" target="_blank" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chopin">Chopin</a>. His Waltzes, Nocturnes, Preludes and Etudes are particular favourites. However, his magnificent <a title="Wikipedia: Fantasie Impromptu" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fantaisie-Impromptu">Fantasie Impromtu </a>ranks highly. Beethoven, and Liszt are not far behind in terms of playtime. <a title="Wikipedia: Chopin" target="_blank" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chopin"><br />
</a><br />
<em>Juggling</em><strong><a title="Fire Juggling" target="_blank" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/zkominar/107146789/"><img align="right" title="Fire Juggling" alt="Fire Juggling" src="http://static.flickr.com/41/107146789_b8b08d8a51_m.jpg" /></a></strong></p>
<p>Taught by my eldest brother initially, I honed my skills throughout High School teaching many others along the way. Since the three ball cascade, I&#8217;ve moved onto four and five balls, clubs, and even flaming torches. It&#8217;s an excellent exercise for your mind, and is great with children or to entertain at parties.
